There is a special city – Sakurada, there live people who have super abilities, under the supervision of a secret organization, the Bureau. The abilities of all are different, and if a person leaves the city – he forgets everything, and about his special ability, too. The main character Kei meets a girl who has the ability to “reset” time for a given period. By itself this ability does not do makes sense – because she can’n remember what was before the “reset”. But Kei just has the ability to remember everything, and always. Together they decide to change the world for the better.
